Biology Resources
from U.S. Fish & Wildlife Services

We invite you to follow Explore Your World, a local series of educational videos by Gretchen Newberry of the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Services. Ranger Gretchen examines biology in our homes, yards, and neighborhoods in each video and ends with a small activity.
You can find environmental education resources at the national U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service's Fish & Aquatic Conservation website, including coloring sheets, word searches, and more. Follow the Midwest Fisheries Center on Facebook for more in-home activities and resources, as well as access to Ranger Gretchen's latest videos.

Fun Financial Resources
from Altra & Coulee Parenting

Banzai immerses kids age 8+ and teens in a game-like atmosphere to teach how to save, manage, and spend money wisely. You can create opportunities for meaningful conversations with your kids and instill healthy attitudes toward finances at any age. Banzai programs are available en español.

Altra Jr. is a free mobile app that teaches children good saving and spending habits, encourages giving to others, and provides math skills practice.

M3 Money Club for kids is a new and fun way to bring financial education into your home. M3 introduces young members (up to age 12) to an exciting world where superheroes rule and learning about money is cool.

Elements of Money teaches teens age 13-17 how to save, spend, borrow and invest money the smart way.
