Winter On Ice Spectacular is proudly presented by the Tri-State Toe Picks Figure Skating Club, their Learn to Skate USA program, and the City of Onalaska. The purpose of this show is not only to promote local figure skating, but ice skating as a whole to the Coulee Region community. This show will feature the club’s talented skaters, but will also feature regional guest skaters. This event will attract locals and visitors alike, with hopes to create a magical holiday tradition in the Coulee Region, recognizing the sport of figure skating.
