Every person experiences spirituality in a different way. Some enjoy cooking or moving their bodies through dance, yoga or Tai Chi. Others find peace while painting a canvas, and still, others find solace in nature; rocks & gems, essential oils, gardening and so on. Whether you have found your spiritual niche or wish to discover it, Bethel's wellness fair will be a day for spiritual renewal and discovery.

Learning Sessions will include opportunities to sign up for three different presenters on a variety of topics; for March we have Kathy Gaustad presenting DIY Cactus/Succulent Garden, Diane Brose presenting on Tai Chi, Tamra Dickinson presenting on Gluten-Free Cooking & Jennifer Schmitt presenting on Spring Cleaning with Essential Oils. Attendees have the option to come to 1 or 2 sessions or stay all day!
