Teen Cuisine: Cajun & Creole

A teen-focused cooking class that will introduce some flavors and techniques used in Cajun & Creole cuisine.

Take a trip to the Bayou, and learn how to make spicy, wholesome dishes with classic techniques. BCC Outreach Coordinator Mitch Johnson will demonstrate the basics of Cajun & Creole cuisine, from the Holy Trinity of onion, celery, and bell pepper, to the stick-to-your-gut staple, jambalaya.
