Twelve music instructors* from the Minnesota Conservatory for the Arts (MCA) will present a joyous and varied musical program with proceeds going toward music scholarships for youth. It's their way of "playing it forward" for kids interested in learning more about music. Performances will be on piano, saxophone, clarinet, drums, flute, cello and the human voice. Admission is by freewill donation. So join with others in our community to rejoice in the experience of musical performance, reaffirming music’s importance in our lives and the lives of our children. Refreshments will be served. Doors open at 6:30. The church building is handicap accessible. All Are Welcome.

* Performances by Ryan Ballanger, Dawn Burmeister, Catie Deysach, Larry Finke, Grace Hendrickson, Kayla Jannsen, Kerry Klungtvedt, Meghan Knudsen, Lindsy O'Shea, Theresa Remick, Rachael Ryan Dahlgren, and Jake Schmacher.

Café Congo is a social action initiative of the First Congregational Church of Winona, an Open & Affirming community of faith.
