Join us for a half-day workshop that will help you to understand the role sleep plays in our health, learning, economy and culture. You will learn what sleep is and examine its evolution, changes in sleep across the life span, myths associated with sleep and the impacts on a sleep deprived nation. You will examine your own sleep patterns and behaviors and review resources to help improve sleep.
Fee: Register on or before Jan. 10th: Attendee $55; Register Jan. 10th or later: Attendee $85; CECHs for CHES/MCHES continuing education contact hours $15. Registration includes instruction, UW-La Crosse Continuing Education Units, handouts and parking.
