Parent & Baby Fitness Class
Welcome Parents with 2-16 month old babies! Open to Community Members!
2-16 month old baby accompanied by at least 1 parent
Join us for this parent & baby 2-class series that provides a great opportunity to bond with your baby while exercising! A focus of this class will be to build strength, endurance, and flexibility while incorporating baby in the process. This class will also provide the opportunity to build relationships with other new parents.
*Mother must be cleared by a physician and/or at least 6 weeks postpartum.
Class open to YMCA members & Community members.
