Tuesday Topics are held at UnWine'd, 201 Main St., Onalaska, 7 to 9 p.m.
$10 registration fee includes one free beverage of choice, snacks, swag, and speakers.

7-7:30 = Order drinks, settle in.
7:30-7:50 = Speaker presentation.
7:50-8:10 = Moderated panel discussion.
8:10-8:30 = Question & answer session.
8:30-9 = Mom time to relax.

Short- and long-term body changes, core and pelvic floor training, and intimacy advice for better lovemaking. Speaker: Dr. Kelly Ferroni, Gundersen Center for Women in Onalaska; panel members include Jill O’Brien, yoga instructor and physical therapist at O’Brien Physical Therapy; Marci Skemp, physical therapist at Dynamic Performance & Therapy; and a nurse practitioner from Planned Parenthood – La Crosse.
